Principles

The ethos of AlexShane.Org is simple. We run our organisation by a set of ten public principles. If a project does not achieve at least three of these principles, we do not do it.

Our principles are simple to understand, ethical for us to follow and easy for to illustrate our practical adherence to.

In times of great economic uncertainty, whilst also being in the middle of huge technological advances, helping others stay ahead of the game or starting out on a new venture takes Vision.

Once we have agreed our vision, we engage in a period of Consultation with our clients, partners and team to make sure that our projects benefit them to the fullest and allow us to work out exactly what we can do to get the very most out of everything we do for those involved in accordance to our principles.

Once we have decided what we want to achieve, our extremely skilled, knowledge and dedicated team work out the best ways to make sure that the ventures we embark upon display Innovation in order to help our projects, clients and partners stay “ahead of the curve”, whilst making sure that what we do is either original or currently not being done to the standard we believe our organisation can work to achieve.

At this point we start the process of Creation in the form of either a project, strategy or campaign that we believe will be the best way to move forward for those involved, in a way that is cost effective and of a high quality, whilst importantly still adhering to as many of our other principles as possible.

In many cases, to achieve this, we draw on our vast array of contacts, clients and partners to join us in these projects. By Networking in this way, we can assure that as many people as possible benefit from everything that we do, whilst gaining valuable resources and experience from as many additional areas as possible.

By doing this, it allows us to minimize costs and time. As a result allows it AlexShane.Org’s partners, clients and team to make sure that we have time for Donation, be it to our charity of choice (Great Ormond Street Children’s hospital) financially or through our ever expanding media presence, or simply providing use of our assets, contacts and experience to those in other industries who require it most.

As a result this allows us to Nurture the various individuals, organisations and industries that we work within, which helps replenish the areas we work with most.

As there is sadly a limit to how much we can freely give or our organisations resources, we chose to reward those who, we as an organisation, feel deserve some form of Reward for their contribution, effort or ethical procedures.

This allows us to Educate those we work with, by sharing our expansive, collective knowledge in many different fields of expertise. In turn this allows the area’s in which we work, achieve a higher standard of excellence and also illustrates to them the benefits of “doing the right thing”.

As a result of these practices, ethics and principles we aim to Inspire others to do the same and as they do, achieve a greater level of harmony within the various industries and areas AlexShane.Org works in.
